- What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is part of a broader system of medicine developed by a German doctor more than 200 years ago. Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, a true medical genius, discovered two fundamental types of diseases - those that had a constant or fixed nature and always appeared the same, and those that had a variable nature.
The first he also called primary diseases and these gave rise to the variable or secondary diseases within a given person. Homeopathy is the specific approach Dr. Hahnemann developed to find a curative medicine (remedy) for the secondary diseases. The method involves taking the symptoms of the disease in the patient and then matching them to a catalogue of disease pictures.
These pictures were produced by healthy volunteers taking certain natural substances and then reporting the symptoms that were created (called “provings”). Because of a natural law of cure called the law of similars, known for centuries, we can cure the disease in a patient with the natural substance (remedy) that produces a similar symptom picture.
- What is Heilkunst?

Heilkunst is the complete medical system developed by Dr. Hahnemann and involves various aspects of treatment. It includes homeopathy (see above), but also a system for treating the more important and fundamental primary diseases. Instead of the symptoms, the practitioner seeks to find the cause of the disease, which usually originates as some form of shock or trauma.
Once the cause is known, the remedy is then also immediately known, as each cause of a primary disease has only one curative remedy. For example, if you have been stung by a bee, the curative remedy for the pain and swelling would always be Apis mellifica, a remedy made from the bee itself. If the cause of the illness is due to a drug, the curative remedy is one made from the drug itself but in a highly diluted form so that only the non-material or non-physical essence of the remedy remains; for example, a remedy made from the MMR vaccine material to treat the chemical MMR vaccination.
Heilkunst has three major divisions:
- Therapeutic regimen: the use of various treatments and substances to balance things in the body that are out of balance. The problem may be one of deficiency or excess. If you have too little protein, for example, you would need to increase your level of protein. If you had too much in the way of a given nutrient, you may need to decrease the intake. Almost all of the products and therapies/modalities in the natural health field today work to correct imbalances. This realm works on the basis of the natural law of opposites.
- Therapeutic medicine: the use of specific curative remedies (medicines) to destroy diseases, based on the law of similars. The treatment is usually for the primary diseases, as these are more important and fundamental. If there are any secondary diseases left, these are then treated using homeopathy (see above). Treatment here involves essentially the removal of various shocks and traumas in the reverse order of their occurrence and then the treatment for the various inherited predispositions that we carry with us into this world (known as chronic miasms) according to a set sequence based on natural law.
- Therapeutic education: the development by the patient of a deeper understanding of their life circumstances and the underlying causes, so that they can increase their awareness and consciousness of the various sub-conscious forces that have been, and may still be, influencing their behavior. While the removal of the various blockages to health provide the potential for greater health, full health requires that each person activate the new potential so as to re-create their lives in accordance with their higher purpose for being on earth.
Heilkunst requires that any product or therapeutic measure that is used be used only to the extent that it is curative (of imbalance or disease). While any product of therapy can be used to palliate and even suppress symptoms, this is not a cure. Thus, for example, while megadoses of Vitamin C might alleviate arthritic symptoms, this approach is not curative unless the arthritic symptoms were actually due to a deficiency of Vitamin C. - What is Sequential Treatment/Therapy

True treatment is the giving of the right remedy at the right time and in the right sequence. The use of regimen (balancing measures) and medicine proper (removal of disease) must take into account natural laws that dictate the sequence of treatment.
Heilkunst operates on the basis of the use of various remedies in the proper sequence. Some people refer to the removal of various shocks and traumas in the reverse order of their occurrence as sequential treatment, therapy, or even sequential homeopathy, but all treatment for a person should be done on a sequential basis. - What is "Classical" Homeopathy?

Classical homeopathy is the term generally used to refer to the use of homeopathy alone, and not other aspects of Dr. Hahnemann's complete medical system, Heilkunst. In addition, classical homeopaths generally assume that all of the symptoms of the patient represent one disease and that there is ideally one remedy to give the patient to cure him.
This ignores the fact that many symptoms are caused by things outside the scope of homeopathy, such as dehydration, lack of sleep, improper nutrition, toxins, structural imbalances, etc. Classical homeopathy does not understand nor treat for the deeper, more fundamental primary diseases set out by Dr. Hahnemann, nor is there a principled or even systematic and consistent approach to the use of therapeutic regimen.
- What is the difference between naturopathic medicine, homeopathy and Heilkunst?

Naturopathy used to be called "Eclectic Medicine" in the 19th Century, and this more accurately describes what it is - the placing together of different approaches to supporting the natural healing power but not according to the principle of jurisdiction (use of a given remedy only as cure, not palliation or suppression) or sequence. While naturopaths do sometimes use homeopathy, this is not in the manner set out by Dr. Hahnemann. Generally, naturopathic medicine uses herbs, nutrition and detox/drainage to address all sorts of problems. The measures used tend to balance, but do not address disease, at least as understood by Heilkunst. Because of the failure to address the deeper, underlying disease causes, both naturopathy and classical homeopathy, not to mention the various other variants of these two approaches, fail to deal effectively with more chronic, complex cases.
- Can homeopathy cure "X" "Y" or "Z" disorder or condition?

The conventional medical system classifies as disease the general symptoms that a person is suffering from. For example, if the patient has arthritis, this simply means that the patient is suffering from a disorder in the joints, but does not tell you what is causing this problem. Treatment is then based on palliating or suppressing the pain or other symptoms as the cause is mostly unknown.
Homeopathy, used correctly, can only remove certain secondary disease states that might be connected to a given disorder or condition. Heilkunst goes much further, being able to identify and remove the various deeper underlying causes of a given condition or disorder, including the inherited predispositions or weakness. Thus, so long as the underlying causes can be identified, as this can be done in most if not all cases, even complex, chronic ones, Heilkunst can remove the condition, not simply palliate or manage the symptoms.
- Can homeopathy cure "autism?"

Autism is a condition, not a disease. A disease is a profound shock or weakness in our life energy that gives rise to various symptoms. Homeopathy is not able to remove the deeper causes or diseases, only the secondary ones. No two cases of autism are alike or caused by the same thing, and any autistic case seldom has only one cause.
Heilkunst has the ability to identify the multiple causes in each case of autism and then to provide a systemic approach to removing each cause in the proper sequence and according to natural law, so that it is safe and effective and non-invasive, and with excellent results.
