The Hahnemann Center for Heilkunst, which operates the College and Clinic, is a federally-registered educational institution, and is able to offer receipts for tuition fees. Students in Canada are further allowed to deduct various other expenses when filing for income tax. If you are outside Canada, you may or may not be able to benefit from these provisions. The HCH is further accredited by the Canadian/International Heilkunst Association as the only school in the world offering training in Medical Heilkunst, with its graduates automatically granted membership and entitled to use the designation DMH (Doctor of Medical Heilkunst).
